YNPNdc promotes the recruitment, development, and retention of young professionals in the nonprofit sector to enhance and support a strong, dynamic nonprofit community. We are a membership organization that includes advocacy organizations, direct service providers, grantmakers, and corporate partners all working together to solve regional problems. Nearly 200 member organizations throughout DC, Maryland, and Virginia help the Roundtable promote a strong community of nonprofit leaders that understand and strengthen our communities in a uniquely powerful way. Refund Policy: Registration costs to a YNPNdc event are fully refundable up to one week before the event. Within one week, up to 24 hours before the event, registration costs are 50% refundable. Registration costs are non-refundable less than 24 hours before the event.
